Presidential Scholarship
The freshman Presidential Scholarship pays $8,000 a year for four years* of undergraduate tuition and fees. The Presidential Scholarship will pay out in the amount of $4,000 a semester for each of the fall and winter terms within the academic year. The amount paid per term is not based on the number of credit hours for which the student is enrolled per term. Due to the changes in the structure of the Presidential Scholarship, students will receive a refund check for the difference, if any, in the amount of scholarship money applied per term and the amount of the tuition bill.
These scholarships are awarded based on academic achievement and not financial need. Students do not apply for the Presidential Scholarship. Students are invited to participate in Scholars Day for the opportunity to compete for the Presidential Scholarship based on the following requirements.
