The following documents are listed for your convenience. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about under which type of student you should apply. Carefully read through the application descriptions and the applications so you don't leave anything out.
Freshman and transfer domestic student application
This is the application for incoming freshman (first time in college) and transfer students who are citizens or permanent residents of the U.S.
Freshman and transfer international student application
Download this application if you are an incoming freshman (first time in college) or a transfer student who has residency outside of the U.S.
Freshman and transfer Canadian student application
Incoming freshman (first time in college) and transfer students who are Canadian citizens should complete this application.
Renewal student application
Fill out this application if you are an undergraduate student who has applied to Wayne State within the past year but didn't enroll and you want to re-apply.
Guest student application
If you are an undergraduate student who is interested in taking a class or two at Wayne State but you're currently enrolled at another institution, fill out this application.
Post-bachelor student application
This application is for students who have already completed a bachelor's degree and want to take classes without using the credit towards a degree. Also for those who want to raise their GPA or fulfill specific course requirements before pursuing admission to the Graduate School.
Nonmatriculant student application
Download and complete this application if you want to take coursework for credit but do not want to enroll in a particular degree program.
WayneDirect student application - Wayne County Community College District
WC3D students should complete this application to participate in the WayneDirect program.
WayneDirect student application - Henry Ford Community College
HFCC students should fill out this application to participate in the WayneDirect program.
WayneDirect student application - Macomb Community College
Macomb students will complete this application to enroll in the WayneDirect program.
